Field Marketing Executive - Driver Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Visit key areas in Coimbatore to identify and onboard new drivers. Explain Rapido's benefits, earnings, and incentives to potential drivers. Achieve daily/weekly driver sign-up and activation targets. Assist drivers with documentation, KYC, and app installation. Conduct basic field marketing activities like flyer distribution and small kiosk setups.

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; field sales experience preferred. Strong communication skills and good local area knowledge. Two-wheeler with license is an added advantage. Must be comfortable with outdoor/field work.
