. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, conducting field marketing activities, and driving revenue growth through direct customer interaction and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field marketing, client visits, walk-ins, events, and on-ground promotional activities.
Conduct meetings and demos at client locations to understand requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field lead generation and conversions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations during field visits.
Support local marketing activities such as events, campaigns, tie-ups, and promotional drives.
Maintain sales reports, visit logs, pipeline updates, and client communication records.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands in the region.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in IT Sales or Digital Marketing Sales.
Strong field sales, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets in a field-driven role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office
and
CRM tools
.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Four-wheeler license is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
.
Experience in
IT / Digital Marketing / SaaS / Technical Sales
will be considered an added advantage.
