We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Field Marketing Executive

to join our team. The role involves promoting our products/services, building customer relationships, and driving sales through direct field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers/clients in the field to promote products or services. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales. Distribute marketing materials and conduct product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets. Collect market feedback and report to management. Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and field activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing/Business or related field (preferred). Prior experience in field sales/marketing is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and work in the field. Self-motivated and target-driven.
