Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Experience: Fresher - 3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?35,000/month (based on experience)

Qualification: MBA (Marketing preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

o

Identify and engage potential clients in assigned territories.

o

Promote company products and services within the RMC, steel, cement, and construction sectors.

o

Conduct field visits to generate leads and follow up with prospects.

o

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

o

Coordinate with the internal team to meet client requirements and close deals.

o

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market feedback.

o

Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Requirements:

o

MBA degree in Marketing or related field.

o

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o

Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.

o

Strong knowledge or interest in the construction materials industry.

o

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
