Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive (Civil) to promote our products/services to construction companies, contractors, developers, and engineering consultants. The role involves field visits, building client relationships, and driving business development within the civil engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and infrastructure industry. Conduct site visits to promote our services/products to engineers, contractors, and project managers. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients. Gather market intelligence and competitor information. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead generation targets.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in construction or civil engineering sector). Two wheeler and license. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of local market and construction trends is a plus.
