. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and selling life insurance products through direct field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers to present and sell life insurance products.
Generate leads through field activities, cold calls, and referrals.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and build a strong client base.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and cross-selling.
Submit daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales; life insurance sales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Education:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; or any graduates preferred.
