Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to apartments, gated communities, and residential projects to identify potential clients
Distribute brochures, company profiles, and promotional materials in target areas
Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, site engineers, and apartment associations
Organize and participate in on-ground promotional activities and events
Collect customer inquiries and pass qualified leads to the sales/design team
Maintain a detailed report of daily field activity and client interactions
Collaborate with the marketing team for localized campaigns and brand-building initiatives
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in assigned areas
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or direct sales (experience in real estate or interior design is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language
Confident, outgoing personality with strong persuasion skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the city
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of interior design services is an advantage
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
