Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive/Manager to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves planning and executing field campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing market trends to maximize outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and activations.
Build relationships with customers, retailers, and partners to enhance brand presence.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to optimize campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to generate and convert leads.
Track and report performance metrics to measure campaign success.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
Train and manage field marketing representatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.
Experience in handling events, activations, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
