The

Field Marketing Executive

will support the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives at the ground level. This role involves building brand visibility, engaging with customers, coordinating promotional activities, and driving demand for the company's products/services in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should be energetic, results-oriented, and comfortable interacting with people in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Execute field marketing campaigns and activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Conduct on-ground promotions, product demonstrations, sampling, and events at retail outlets, trade shows, and marketplaces. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and support sales teams through effective field engagement. Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key local stakeholders. Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategy. Track and report campaign performance, lead quality, and field activity metrics. Coordinate logistics, materials, and manpower for field events. Assist in planning localised marketing programs tailored to regional consumer behaviour. Maintain accurate records, including attendance, lead details, event results, and expenses. Ensure brand compliance and high-quality presentation of promotional materials.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional roles (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with diverse customers and handle objections professionally. Results-driven attitude with a proactive approach. Good organisational and time-management skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Basic reporting and documentation skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
