We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Field Marketing Executive

to promote our software products, demonstrate our offerings to potential clients, and bring in business projects. This is a

purely commission-based

role -- you will be rewarded for every successful project you bring to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients (hospitals, schools, businesses, etc.) who may need our software solutions. Present product demos and explain the features and benefits to decision-makers. Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly. Coordinate with the internal team for technical support and proposal preparation. Close deals and ensure successful onboarding of the client.

Requirements:

Any graduate with strong communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in marketing, sales, or software product promotion is an advantage. Self-motivated and target-driven personality. Must have a bike and smartphone (for client visits and follow-ups). Ability to understand and explain software products.

Compensation:

Commission-Based Only

: Attractive commission on each successfully closed and onboarded project. No fixed salary will be provided. Opportunity to earn high incentives based on performance.
