Lead Generation (Primary & Only Focus)
Conduct field visits in assigned locations (Bhubaneswar) to identify potential customers.
Generate quality leads for:
Company Elevators (own brand)
Tata Generators (as an authorized distributor)
Approach builders, contractors, architects, residential societies, commercial establishments, and industrial clients to identify upcoming requirements.
Collect and document lead details clearly and accurately.
Share qualified leads with the internal Closure Team for further follow-up and conversion.
Market Research:
Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Identify potential opportunities for elevator and generator requirements.
Track competitor activities and share insights when required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
?12,000 - ?20,000 (based on skill level and role demand)
Probation:
6 months (No PF & ESI; total salary = take-home during probation)
Travel Expense:
?2 per kilometer
