Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit schools, colleges, corporates, travel agents, and institutions to promote resort packages and group activities. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters in targeted locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase bookings. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and outdoor activities. Collect customer feedback and market insights to help improve marketing strategies. Represent the resort professionally during exhibitions, events, and local gatherings. Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in face-to-face interactions and public speaking. Ability to travel locally and manage outdoor promotional activities. Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated personality. Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media promotions is a plus.
