We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Marketing Professional from the Overseas Education industry. The role involves promoting our consultancy services by visiting schools, colleges, and universities, building strong institutional relationships, collecting student data, scheduling seminars/camps, and generating qualified leads for counselling and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct institutional visits to schools, colleges, and universities for brand promotion and student outreach.
Establish and maintain relationships with principals, HODs, career counsellors, and placement officers.
Collect student databases (final year, pre-final year, and interested aspirants) and maintain accurate records for follow-up.
Schedule and execute career guidance seminars, orientation programs, and overseas education awareness camps.
Promote company services, study abroad programs, and destination countries to students and parents through institutional activities.
Coordinate with the counseling team for effective lead handover and follow-ups.
Identify new institutional tie-ups and partnership opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Represent the organization in education fairs, student expos, and institutional events.
Prepare reports on institutional visits, student interactions, and lead generation.

Proven track record of handling school/college visits, seminars, and lead generation in the education sector.
Familiarity with overseas education trends, popular study destinations, and student requirements.
