Core Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Conduct direct client meetings and communications to manage relationships, assess requirements, and present tailored product solutions. Sales & Business Development: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, utilizing strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure new business and close deals effectively. Market Outreach: Execute field marketing activities and product promotions to enhance brand visibility and market share within the industrial equipment sector. Digital Platform Management: Efficiently manage all inquiries, product listings, and lead generation activities via the IndiaMART portal. Market Analysis: Perform ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and potential new business opportunities. Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and market feedback using basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B field marketing or industrial sales is mandatory. Age Bracket: Ideal candidates will be between 23 and 35 years of age. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required. Core Competencies: Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, bargaining, and persuasive communication is crucial. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy is essential for reporting and platform management. Personal Attributes: Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual capable of working autonomously in the field.
Compensation: Salary for this position will be competitive and determined based on the candidate's experience and performance during the interview process.
