Role Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive

for our

Nagpur location

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our software products, generating new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business Understand client requirements and pitch relevant software solutions Explain company profile, products, and USPs clearly Send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions Achieve assigned sales targets and manage revenue Maintain an organized client database Prepare reports, data, and presentations for client meetings Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Field Sales preferred) Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and local language

Strong negotiation, convincing, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products/processes Passion for sales and client interaction

Salary Package & Benefits

Salary:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month

Travel Allowance:

?5,000 (Bills required) Hotel Stay & DA (as per designation)
