Execute field marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned areas.
Visit potential customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers to generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sampling activities.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
Support the sales team with marketing initiatives to increase revenue.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, and customer feedback.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote brand visibility.
Report daily/weekly activities to the Marketing Manager/Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Field Marketing Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
