KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage walk-in customers and inbound site-visit prospects
Assess buyer intent, budget comfort, and decision readiness
Support sales consultants during plot explanation and site walkthroughs
Reinforce key value points in a simple, confidence-building manner
Assist in follow-ups and closure activities
Collect and share buyer objections, concerns, and feedback
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong interest in customer psychology and buying behavior
High emotional intelligence (EQ)
Good listening and observation skills
Comfort working in a sales-driven environment
Ethical, trust-first selling approach
