to promote our Ed-Tech programs through on-ground activities. The role involves visiting colleges, schools, events, and public spaces to generate leads, engage with students and parents, and support the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as college visits, seminars, workshops, and events.
Generate qualified leads through field interactions with students, parents, and institutions.
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to increase brand visibility.
Organize and participate in education fairs, career guidance sessions, and community campaigns.
Counsel students on available programs and capture their details for follow-up.
Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure lead conversion into enrollments.
Maintain a database of leads generated from field activities in CRM/Excel.
Identify new opportunities, tie-ups, and partnerships for lead generation.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and student interests.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and activity targets set by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in field marketing / direct sales (Ed-Tech preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
