Job Description

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing activities on the ground to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support admissions or sales goals. The role involves visiting colleges, educational institutions, and corporate offices to promote the organization's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit colleges, institutions, and organizations to promote the company's courses and offerings. Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns to generate leads. Build and maintain relationships with college management, faculty, and student communities. Coordinate with the counseling and business development teams to ensure effective lead conversion. Distribute marketing materials and represent the brand at events and exhibitions. Collect market insights, feedback, and competitor information to support strategy. Submit daily/weekly reports on activities, leads, and achievements. Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and event targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or educational promotions. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude. Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
