Job Description

IPCS Global is looking for a talented Business Development Executive for our Kollam branch. The BDE will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building business relationships, and driving sales of our technical training products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kollam region. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, educational institutions, and corporate partners. Meet sales targets through sourcing leads, cold calling, and business presentations. Represent IPCS Global at seminars, job fairs, and other events. Prepare sales reports and maintain client records.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferred

(freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willing to travel locally for client meetings and events.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
