IPCS Global is looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to promote our technical training programs, conduct campus activities, and generate leads for admissions. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and willing to travel for field marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, campuses, and institutions to promote IPCS Global training programs.
Obtain permissions to conduct seminars, workshops & promotional campaigns.
Plan, organize & coordinate with internal teams to execute field activities.
Generate and collect leads through seminars, events, industrial visits & other marketing activities.
Conduct branding & promotional activities across market locations.
Represent IPCS Global at education fairs, career expos & student engagement programs.
Maintain daily activity reports and submit lead updates.
Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in field marketing / business development / education sales.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building & negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel for marketing activities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
