Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive for our Thrissur branch. The role involves visiting colleges, institutions, and targeted areas to promote our courses, generate leads, and support brand visibility through field-level marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Visit colleges, institutions, and commercial locations across Thrissur to promote our training programs. Conduct field campaigns, seminars, workshops, and other promotional events. Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and decision makers in institutions. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters in target areas. Collect market feedback and competitor information and report it to the marketing team. Support branding activities to increase visibility and reach within the Thrissur region. Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversions. Maintain daily visit reports and update lead details in the CRM/MIS system. Achieve monthly outreach and lead generation targets assigned by the management.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred). 0-2 years of experience in field marketing/sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and presentation abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within Thrissur. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
