A Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing activities outside the office, promoting the company's products/services, generating leads, and supporting brand visibility through field operations. The role includes visiting target locations, coordinating events, and building relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, institutions, companies, and relevant locations to promote the organization's offerings.
Conduct field campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters) at targeted locations.
Collect and report market data, competitor activities, and feedback to the marketing team.
Support branding activities to increase visibility in the assigned territory.
Coordinate with the admission/sales team for lead conversions.
Maintain daily visit reports and update lead information in CRM/MIS systems.
Achieve monthly lead generation and outreach targets assigned by the management.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
0 - 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional activities.
Good communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
