Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive student acquisitions and brand presence through field marketing activities while simultaneously converting leads into enrollments. This hybrid role combines on-ground marketing execution with direct sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing Activities:

Execute on-ground marketing campaigns in schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational hubs Organize and manage education fairs, seminars, and workshops Conduct demo classes and product presentations Distribute marketing collateral and promotional materials Build partnerships with educational institutions and influencers

Business Development:

Convert leads generated from field marketing into paid enrollments Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets Handle end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in CRM Provide post-enrollment support and relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-2 years in field marketing/sales in edtech or education sector Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Graduate degree (any discipline)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with students Knowledge of local educational landscape Two-wheeler and valid driving license
