Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven

Field Marketing Executive

to visit companies, shops, and business establishments to identify part-time job opportunities and promote our company's services. The ideal candidate should be confident, good at communication, and comfortable with on-field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit companies, shops, and local businesses to identify and collect part-time job requirements. Promote the company's services and build awareness among employers and job providers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners and HR representatives. Collect and maintain accurate data of potential employers and job opportunities. Coordinate with the internal team to share leads and support the candidate placement process. Distribute brochures, posters, and marketing materials in target areas. Report daily visits, lead status, and feedback to the marketing head.

Requirements:

Any graduate (freshers are welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally and interact with diverse people. Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
