Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Conversion

Identify and engage potential students via online and offline channels. Conduct counselling sessions to guide students and convert leads into admissions. Maintain an up-to-date CRM and ensure timely follow-ups through the sales funnel.

2. Outreach & Brand Promotion

Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and career guidance programs in schools, colleges, and tuition centres. Represent the brand at educational fairs and public events. Build relationships with academic institutions and local influencers.

3. Marketing Coordination

Collaborate with the central marketing team to adapt and implement regional campaigns. Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, posters, social media content). Work closely with the creative team to execute targeted campaigns.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

Track competitor activities and local market trends. Share insights to improve product offerings and market positioning. Explore and propose new marketing opportunities within the region.

5. Reporting & Cross-Team Collaboration

Submit regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Meet enrolment and outreach targets consistently. Coordinate with academic, admissions, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-3 years of experience in educational sales or marketing (experience with CA/ACCA/CMA courses is a plus). Strong command of English and Malayalam (both spoken and written). Good knowledge of the educational landscape in Ernakulam.
