Position: Field Marketing Executive

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: ₹ 13000 to
20000 + Incentive

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads through in-person events, activations, and local campaigns. If you're outgoing, creative, and love connecting with people, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:


Plan and execute local marketing events, pop-ups, and promotions


Represent the brand at trade shows, festivals, and community events


Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers


Distribute marketing materials (flyers, samples, merchandise)


Gather customer feedback and insights to improve campaigns


Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams for cohesive strategies


Track and report on campaign performance and ROI

Requirements:


1+ years in field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or sales (preferred but not required)


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours (weekends/evenings as needed)


Basic knowledge of social media and marketing tools is a plus


Reliable transportation (if required for travel)
