Edify School, Chikkabanavara, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
BTL Marketing Executive
to strengthen its on-ground admissions outreach for
Classes 11 and 12 (CBSE)
. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, direct engagement with students and parents, and contributing directly to admissions growth through grassroots marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities
to generate quality admission leads.
Conduct regular field visits to
schools, PU colleges, tuition centers, coaching institutes, and residential communities
.
Engage with
students and parents
, explain academic offerings, and support counselling and follow-ups.
Coordinate and participate in
roadshows, kiosks, seminars, career guidance sessions, and local events
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
teachers, counsellors, educational agents, and local influencers
.
Ensure consistent
brand visibility
through pamphlet distribution and local promotions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and conversions; submit daily and weekly reports.
Work closely with the admissions and academic teams during peak admission periods.
Travel & Field Work
The role involves
intensive local travel across Bangalore
on a daily basis.
Candidates must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and outdoor marketing activities.
Working Days & Timings
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Management preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in BTL marketing, field sales, education marketing, or admissions.
Strong communication skills in
English and Kannada
(additional local languages are an advantage).
Energetic, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Familiarity with the
On-ground marketing and lead generation
Relationship building and stakeholder management
Persuasive communication and counselling skills
Local market knowledge of Bangalore
Basic reporting and follow-up discipline
