PMJ Gems & Jewellers is seeking dynamic and self-driven

Field Marketing Executives

to strengthen our on-ground presence, drive customer engagement, and support store-level promotional activities across Karnataka/Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building brand visibility, and representing a premium jewellery brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Marketing & Promotions

Execute field marketing campaigns, brand activations, and outreach programs in assigned territories. Conduct door-to-door awareness activities where applicable, customer interactions, and micro-market promotions. Distribute marketing materials and ensure correct brand representation across touchpoints.

2. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation

Identify potential customers and explain PMJ's product offerings, USP, and store services. Generate leads and drive walk-ins to PMJ stores through relationship-building and targeted outreach. Participate in community events, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.

3. Coordination With Stores & Marketing Team

Work closely with the regional marketing team to plan weekly/monthly outreach activities. Communicate market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Support store-level events such as exhibitions, product launches, trunk shows, etc.

4. Brand Representation

Uphold PMJ's brand values, customer service standards, and ethical marketing approach. Build strong community relationships to enhance brand trust and visibility.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel within the region. Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly. Presentation skills and basic product explanation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in field marketing, retail marketing, or customer-facing roles. Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands (added advantage). Local language fluency (Kannada/Tamil) and basic English.

Proactive, energetic, and approachable personality. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Professional grooming and etiquette. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Additional Details

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
