The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the organization's educational programs through field activities, events, and partnerships. The role involves driving admissions, increasing brand visibility, and building relationships with schools, communities, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote the school and its programs.
Conduct door-to-door, community, and corporate outreach to generate leads.
Organize and participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and local promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, residential societies, and organizations for partnership opportunities.
Support admissions team in achieving enrollment targets through field leads and conversions.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners) strategically in target areas.
Collect feedback and report competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with the digital marketing and admissions teams to ensure lead follow-up and campaign success.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on field activities, leads generated, and outcomes.
Adhere to organizational policies, reporting timelines, and ethical marketing practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, educational marketing, or sales preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and lead tracking tools.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position; requires flexibility to work on weekends during events or admission drives.
