About Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital:

Role Overview:

The Field Marketing Executive will help promote our hospital's services and engage with the community to

increase patient numbers

. This role involves

organizing health camps, outreach programs, and creating partnerships with local organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach:

Develop and run programs to inform the community (people) about our services.

Health Camps:

Organize and manage health camps in different areas in and around Ranchi to provide basic health services and promote the hospital.

Partnerships:

Build and maintain relationships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations.

Event Management:

Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to engage the community and promote health education.

Marketing Campaigns:

Work with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to attract and retain patients.

Market Research:

Conduct research to find new outreach opportunities and gather feedback to improve services.

Reporting:

Keep accurate records of activities, campaign performance, and community feedback. Report regularly to the marketing manager.

Brand Representation:

Represent the Hospital professionally and in alignment with our values and mission.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in

healthcare/ hospital sector

. Excellent

communication

and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel locally. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in organizing health camps or community outreach programs.

Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Ranchi.

Ability to analyze market trends and data.
