You will be responsible for
end-to-end merchant acquisition and support
, from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and activation.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, approach, and onboard
restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and packaged food sellers
onto the XORA platform.
Conduct
on-ground visits
in assigned territories to pitch the platform and close onboardings.
Explain XORA and ONDC benefits, onboarding steps, order flow, and merchant operations clearly.
Assist merchants in
KYC completion, menu upload, pricing, photos, and activation
.
Target & Performance Ownership
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets
as assigned.
Ensure a minimum number of
active sellers
(listed menus and ready to accept orders).
Track merchant onboarding and activation status through internal tools and dashboards.
Merchant Enablement & Follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or activation issues.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure merchants go live and remain operational.
Educate merchants on best practices for menu quality, pricing, packaging, and order fulfillment.
Reporting & Market Feedback
Maintain accurate records of onboarded merchants and pipeline status.
Share
local market insights, competitor activity, and merchant feedback
with the team.
Support local onboarding drives, food campaigns, and activation events.
