Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Salary: ?12,000 - ?16,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year Field Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients (companies) for staffing services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and business owners.

Promote the company's recruitment services through field visits and meetings.

Collect job requirements from clients and coordinate with internal recruitment team.

Conduct market research to understand competition and trends.

Meet monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in field marketing or client acquisition (staffing industry preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.

Ability to travel locally for client meetings.

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
