Rasya Clinic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Field Marketing Executive
to lead field-based marketing and outreach initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, organizing community health awareness programs, and driving patient engagement through targeted offline strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare promotion, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Doctor Outreach & Relationship Building
Visit ENT specialists, general physicians, pediatricians, neurologists, and other relevant doctors.
Introduce Rasya Clinic's services related to vertigo, hearing loss, speech disorders, and tinnitus.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to encourage patient referrals.
Share brochures, service information, and promotional materials with partner doctors.
2.
Community Engagement & Public Awareness
Plan and execute health awareness camps in schools, colleges, clubs, rural areas, and other public venues.
Collaborate with local institutions, NGOs, and community groups to organize events.
Educate the public on common symptoms and treatment options for vestibular and communication disorders.
3.
Patient Engagement & Lead Conversion
Follow up on leads from referral sources and awareness programs.
Maintain a database of referred patients and ensure smooth communication with the clinic team.
Promote services to boost patient walk-ins and appointment bookings.
4.
Offline Marketing & Brand Promotion
Distribute promotional materials (flyers, banners, posters) in key locations.
Assist in planning and executing local offline campaigns and community events.
Represent Rasya Clinic at health fairs, exhibitions, and related forums.
5.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily/weekly field visit reports to the Marketing Manager.
Track outreach metrics, leads generated, and referral conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities with clinic services and seasonal campaigns.

Proven networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and events.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in offline marketing, healthcare promotion, or field sales.
Familiarity with the local healthcare ecosystem is a plus.
