Conduct field visits in designated territories (industrial estates, clusters, manufacturing plants) to identify and engage with potential clients for water/wastewater/effluent treatment solutions.
Map and develop target accounts: industrial units in sectors such as chemicals, pharma, automobile, agro?products and others seeking environmental solutions.
Introduce and demonstrate the company's capabilities (turnkey plants, RO/UF/ZLD systems, equipment) to prospects.
Support and generate qualified leads for the sales team: arrange meetings, site visits, follow?up with prospects, collect site data (flow, effluent type, treatability, budget).
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, product brochures, technical data?sheets, case?studies.
Collect market intelligence: competitor offerings, pricing, customer needs, industry trends, regulatory drivers, region?wise demand patterns.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, project & operations) to ensure timely responses to leads/queries from field.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, exhibitions, workshops; assist in organizing local marketing events, seminars, plant visits.
Work towards meeting defined lead/engagement targets and contribute to expanding market presence in the region.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, interactions, lead status, and report progress regularly to Marketing/Sales manager.
Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at target companies (plant managers, EHS managers, procurement heads) and nurture long?term opportunities.
Assist in customer feedback collection, project review post?commissioning, and reference generation for future business.
