Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns for ISP products and services.
Identify new market opportunities and create targeted campaigns.
Brand Management
Build and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with company values.
Design promotional material, brochures, creatives, and digital content.
Ensure consistency of brand communication across online and offline channels.
Customer Engagement & Market Research
Conduct surveys, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitors.
Organize customer-centric promotional events, roadshows, and awareness drives.
Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Sales Support & Collaboration
Coordinate with sales teams to provide marketing support and lead generation.
Create presentations, case studies, and product collaterals for Customer.
Work closely with technical and operations teams for seamless campaign delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
marketing/branding
, preferably in
ISP/telecom sector
.
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools, social media, and branding techniques
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and creative design sense.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
