Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential clients--especially local SMEs and mid-market enterprises--for services such as website/app development, cloud, hosting, and UI/UX solutions.

Event Coordination:
Plan and execute targeted field campaigns, webinars, workshops, and outreach events to showcase our integrated IT offerings.

Collateral & Messaging Development:
Provide input for marketing collaterals--such as brochures, presentations, and banners--tailored for field interactions.

Partnership Outreach:
Collaborate with local agencies, resellers, and referral networks to bolster lead pipelines.
?
Market Insights:
Gather intelligence on market needs, competitor activities, and regional demand--feeding data back to sharpen outreach.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, digital marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and follow-through.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign ROI, lead conversion, and engagement success metrics to refine strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
?
2-5 years in field marketing, territory sales, or similar roles--especially within IT, digital solutions, or SaaS domains.
?Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident representing Betanet in person.
?Familiarity with Betanet's services
(e.g., development, cloud, hosting, email marketing, UI/UX design) is a strong advantage
?Self-driven, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple field campaigns.
?Based in or willing to travel across Gujarat and nearby regions.
