Job Title: Field Marketing Executive (Female) Location: Cocoba, SDA Market, New Delhi Type: Full-time | On-Ground Role --- About the Role: Cocoba is on the lookout for a smart, confident, and energetic female Field Marketing Executive to lead our on-ground presence. If you love interacting with people, have a strong local network, and know how to turn conversations into footfall, this role is for you. You'll be the face of Cocoba in the market--bringing in new guests through daily activations, outreach, and creative promotions. --- Key Responsibilities: Execute daily on-ground activations in and around SDA, Hauz Khas, and nearby areas Distribute flyers and offer personalized discounts to attract walk-ins Build relationships with nearby PGs, hostels, salons, coworking spaces, gyms, and local stores Promote Cocoba's menu, offers, and events in a smart, engaging way Collect feedback from potential customers and share market insights with the team Track effectiveness of activations and maintain a daily report Represent Cocoba with confidence, style, and professionalism --- Requirements: 1-2 years of field marketing or brand promotion experience (hospitality/F&B preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, well-spoken, and comfortable approaching new people Familiarity with the local market and target audience Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented Fluent in English and Hindi --- Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance incentives Daily meal allowance at Cocoba Training and support from the marketing team Opportunity to grow within the brand
