Mighty Minds is on a mission to empower students with scientific learning techniques, life skills, and mindset-building workshops. We conduct city-wide programs where we collaborate with schools, run marketing campaigns, and deliver life-changing student workshops. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Field Marketing Executive who can drive outreach, build relationships with schools, and ensure successful program participation.
Roles & Responsibilities
School Outreach & Liaison
Approach school management, principals, and decision-makers to secure permission for conducting free demo sessions in schools.
Build strong, professional relationships with schools and education institutions.
Present the value of our workshops convincingly to management, staff, and parents.
Field Marketing & Promotions
Conduct on-ground marketing activities in and around schools, tuition centers, and education hubs.
Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials across the city.
Engage with parents, students, and local communities to generate awareness and interest.
Plan and execute local campaigns to drive registrations for the workshop.
Event Coordination
Organize and manage free demo sessions in schools.
Ensure smooth execution of city-wide marketing activities leading up to the main workshop.
Assist in venue setup, student registrations, and participant management on the event day.
Travel & Stay
Willingness to travel to different cities for 1-2 weeks at a time.
Comfortable with staying outside (company-arranged accommodation).
Manage local logistics and coordinate with internal teams for program execution.
Reporting & Feedback
Maintain daily activity reports (schools approached, meetings held, promotions done).
Provide insights and feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies.
Track conversion data and share updates with the central team
? Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Education (preferred).
1-3 years of field marketing, sales, or education outreach experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Confident in approaching school authorities and building partnerships.
High energy, proactive, and goal-driven personality.
Must be willing to travel extensively and stay outside the home city for extended periods.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passion for education and youth empowerment is a big plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
