Job Description

The executive will

sit under the canopy set in public locations

and interact with visitors to

generate leads for solar rooftop residential industrial and Institutional solar projects

.

Sit at the Company

canopy display booth / parking canopy

Talk to people visiting the area (vehicle owners, shop owners, society members) Explain benefits of

solar rooftop System

Collect customer details (name, mobile, location, requirement) Distribute pamphlets / show demo photos or videos Daily lead reporting to the sales team Coordinate with field sales for site visits

Education Criteria

Minimum:

10th / 12th Pass

Preferred:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate Basic understanding of solar or willingness to learn
Communication skill is more important than degree

Skills Required:

Good communication (Hindi / local language; basic English optional) Friendly & confident nature Ability to explain simply to the public Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, forms, photos) Should have driving license

Working Hours

6-8 hours/day Flexible shifts (morning / evening - high footfall time)

Ideal Candidate

Local area resident College students / unemployed youth Anyone comfortable speaking to people
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,280.75 - ?18,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:

Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driving Licence (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
