Job Description

:

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving on-ground marketing and sales activation for Avaan's logistics services, with a focus on building awareness and generating leads. The role involves visiting retailers, small shop owners, and gated communities to promote Avaan services (parcel shipping, baggage solutions, smart boxes, lockers, etc.).

Key responsibilities include:

- Executing field campaigns, distributing marketing materials, and conducting product demos.
- Identifying new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Building relationships with local shopkeepers, community managers, and customers.
- Supporting brand visibility through events, kiosks, and partnerships.
- Gathering market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Reporting daily activities and results to the Marketing Manager.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (basic English proficiency acceptable).
- Comfortable with field travel and meeting lead targets.
- Prior experience in field marketing
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
