Job Description


Market Activation & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional activities at targeted locations. Build brand visibility through on-ground activations, exhibitions, and events.

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

Identify and approach potential customers, gather leads, and drive conversions. Conduct surveys or collect customer feedback to improve future campaigns.

Relationship Management

Develop strong relationships with customers, local partners, vendors, and event organizers. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on campaign performance, footfall, and ROI of field activities. Share competitor insights and market trends gathered during field visits.

Training & Supervision

Brief and supervise promoters, event staff, or temporary field teams when required. Ensure that field staff represent the brand professionally.

Territory Management

Manage assigned territory effectively, optimizing time and resources to cover target areas.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
