Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Field Marketing Executive

to lead local marketing and outreach efforts in

Delhi

. This role involves direct interaction with vendors, retailers, and consumers to execute marketing strategies and improve brand visibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute field marketing campaigns across key locations in Delhi. Build and manage relationships with shop owners, market associations, and event organizers. Distribute flyers, place posters, and manage kiosks or stalls during promotions. Collect customer insights and report on competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align field efforts with campaign goals. Maintain records of visits, leads generated, and outcomes achieved.

Candidate Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in field marketing, BTL activities, or on-ground sales. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Strong local knowledge of Delhi markets and public spaces. Comfortable travelling within Delhi and working on-field daily. Self-motivated, punctual, and result-oriented.

Minimum qualification:

Graduate (any stream)/12th pass.
