We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Field Marketing Executive to drive our ground-level marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, promoting brand visibility, establishing strategic relationships, and contributing directly to our growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and actively engage with potential students, parents, and educational institutions. Develop and execute strategic marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, roadshows, and events to generate leads. Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for ongoing student enrollment and lead generation. Represent Arena Animation professionally at promotional events, trade shows, and career fairs. Gather market insights and competitor data to assist in strategic planning. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads generated, and follow-ups conducted.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Previous experience in field marketing, sales, educational marketing, or related roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented attitude. Ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders. Proficiency in using basic office applications and CRM software.
