Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to residential areas, small businesses, and industries to promote solar energy solutions.
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving installation and sales targets.
Educate customers about solar energy benefits, government subsidies, and cost savings.
Distribute brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials during field activities.
Organize and participate in local events, exhibitions, and awareness drives related to solar energy.
Collect customer feedback, competitor information, and market insights to share with management.
Maintain records of daily field activities, leads generated, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to convert leads into successful installations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Prior experience in
field marketing, direct sales, or the renewable energy sector
is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with a
customer-focused and persuasive attitude

door-to-door marketing and B2B interactions

Willingness to travel extensively within Raipur and nearby areas.
