Visit residential areas to meet property owners directly.
Collect complete property details:
Rent, security, location, floor, amenities, availability date, etc.
Take clear photos and videos of properties for records.
Maintain a daily list of newly sourced properties.
2. Tenant Property Visits
Coordinate with tenants provided by the company.
Show
specific properties
to tenants as per their requirement.
Arrange and conduct
site visits
smoothly and professionally.
Explain property details, rent, and terms clearly to tenants.
Assist in finalizing the deal between owner and tenant.
3. Deal Coordination & Follow-ups
Act as a
middle coordinator (broker)
between property owner and tenant.
Follow up with both parties until the property is finalized.
Update visit status and deal progress daily.
Skills & Requirements
Must be comfortable with
field work and daily travel
.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of rental property market.
Ability to use smartphone (WhatsApp, Google Maps, forms).
Two-wheeler & driving license mandatory.
Prior real estate / broker experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary:
?18,000 - ?22,000 (based on experience)
