The Camp Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing health check-up camps, medical awareness drives, and corporate/community engagement programs to strengthen the hospital's brand presence and patient inflow. This role is key in building trust and visibility for the hospital in nearby regions, industries, schools, and housing societies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Camp Planning & Execution
Identify potential areas, corporate offices, schools, housing societies, and public places for conducting free/paid health camps.
Coordinate with hospital departments (diagnostics, doctors, nursing, and admin) for smooth execution of camps.
Ensure all logistics banners, brochures, tables, instruments, registration forms, and consumables are arranged.
Prepare and maintain the Camp Calendar and ensure targets are met as per plan.
2. Coordination with Doctors & Departments
Liaise with consultants and department heads to plan specialty camps (cardiac, orthopedics, diabetes, women's health, etc.).
Ensure doctor availability and schedule alignment for each camp.
Collect feedback and post-camp insights from participating doctors.
3. Corporate & Community Tie-ups
Develop relationships with HR heads, CSR managers, panchayat heads, and local influencers for collaboration.
Convert camps into long-term tie-ups for annual checkups, doctor visits, or health awareness sessions.
Assist in arranging CPR training, wellness talks, and screening drives for partners.
4. Marketing & Branding Support
Ensure brand visibility through proper usage of hospital branding at every event (banners, posters, leaflets, etc.).
Work closely with the marketing team to create post-camp reports, photo documentation, and social media content.
Support hospital PR & digital team with patient stories and testimonials collected during camps.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain detailed camp reports with data on footfall, leads generated, conversions, and follow-ups.
Submit weekly and monthly MIS to the Marketing Manager.
Track patient conversion from camp to OPD/IPD.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or equivalent field.
1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, or hospital outreach.
Freshers with strong communication and a passion for healthcare outreach may also apply.
