Field Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive student outreach and lead generation activities. The role involves visiting colleges, engaging with students, and promoting our training programs/courses to achieve admission and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote our courses. Conduct seminars, presentations, and promotional activities on campus. Generate leads and build a student database for admissions. Engage with students, faculty, and placement cells to build partnerships. Follow up with generated leads and convert them into admissions. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials/events. Maintain daily activity and lead generation reports. Identify new opportunities for outreach and partnerships. Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Represent the organization professionally during field visits.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in field marketing/admissions preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with public speaking. Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and institutions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
