Job Overview
We are hiring an
active, result-oriented Field & Marketing Coordinator
to promote our training institute offering
Full Stack Development and IoT courses
.
This is a
pure field + marketing coordination role
involving daily outdoor activities such as
college visits, brochure distribution, student interaction, and lead generation
. This is NOT a teaching or trainer position.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Field Marketing & Promotion
Visit colleges, hostels, PGs, student hubs, and IT training zones
Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials
Interact with students and explain course offerings
Generate and collect student leads (name, phone number, course interest)
2. Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with the internal office team for:
Marketing campaigns
Demo sessions and seminar schedules
Walk-in follow-ups
Maintain and submit
daily field activity reports
Track and report brochure/poster distribution locations
3. Lead Management & Follow-up
Submit collected leads on a daily basis
Follow up with interested candidates via
calls or WhatsApp
Support the admissions team in converting leads into enrollments
4. Promotional Support
Assist in promoting:
Seminars and workshops
Demo sessions and events
Support basic digital promotions (WhatsApp sharing, local outreach)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Tamil: Mandatory
English: Basic
Confident in interacting with students and the general public
Willingness to travel daily for field work
Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, Google Forms, Excel)
Experience
0-3 years of experience
Freshers are welcome
Prior experience in
field sales, education marketing, or admissions
is an advantage
