Role Overview

Supervise field verification activities (RCU/FCU) across Karnataka.

Build and manage a strong network of field verifiers.

Ensure timely and accurate field-level reporting.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal audit teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in RCU/FCU field operations.

Strong network of local field verifiers across Karnataka.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage teams remotely.
